A book, made of 55 shade of blue I created. Mono-print front cover, using a range of medias; acrylic paint, emulsion paint, pencil crayon, oil pastel and pen. A final outcome to the 'Document' project and a collection that ran throughout the project. Bound using Japanese side stitch technique. 13cmx15cm

My focus for this project was documenting as many shades of blue as I possibly could and to see which way I could work with them and use them. 

Two A4 size mono prints, the right print is on blue paint. Part of the 'Document' project.

Two A4 size prints. Experimenting with font/typeface, done using a photocopier and layering images over eachother - photographs, the back of some stitching and collage.

An A5 size book, 16 pages inside each with different blue ink pattern - based on previous experiment prints. A final outcome to the 'Document' project. Bound using Japanese side stitch technique.  

Four A5 studies, taking a layer away each time to leave just the blue ink. Mixed media; ink, acrylic paint and thread.
